Suedes & Chambray

I've been away, hence the no posts for a few days. The boy and I took a roadtrip to Melbourne, which involves about a 10hr drive. After finally getting out of the car and settling in, we decided to get something to eat at Crown Casino.

If you told me a few months ago that I would own a suede bag, let alone suede shoes, I'd say you were pulling my leg. For the longest of time, I was petrified of this material. I've had faux suede shoes before, but those we're cheapies. When they started to show wear, they looked horrible and in the bin they went. I could never comprehend why people would even go near this delicate material!

After seeing and touching a suede Balenciaga bag at Barneys in San Francisco for the first time, I was torn. How could it possibly tug at my heart strings? When I've never given suede a second glance. I thought it was my bias love for anything Balenciaga, and it may have been, but all I know is I haven't looked back since. Enter Isabel Marant shoes, im collecting quite a few suede items and turns out, they're not as scary as I once thought they were.
